Azurite is the name for this light blue glass that Hocking used in their Fire-King line. Offered here is the sugar bowl and cover in the Swirl pattern. Swirl was produced from 1949 to about 1962, though the azurite production dates to the early 1950's. Excellent condition, I have 2 available, price is per bowl. The Fruits decoration on these FireKing loaf pans were done by Gay Fads Studios from 1954-5. The color is excellent as can be seen in the picture, and the glass is also in excellent condition. The Fruits decoration on this FireKing 4 x 4 refrigerator jar was done by Gay Fads Studios from 1954-5. The color is excellent as can be seen in the picture, and the glass is also in excellent condition. The lids on these jars are always clear. Although this pattern was officially named 'Sylvan' by Federal Glass Company, it has always been referred to by the collector's name, Parrot. It was produced for only one year, 1931-2, and is scarce today. Offered here is the 10 inch oval serving bowl in amber.
