Line 700 was produced by Consolidated Glass Company in 1929. Offered here is the 6 1/2 inch fan vase in in jade. The color is a green ceramic wash applied over crystal and then fired on to fuse it permanently to the surface of the glass. Excellent condition, the color is really lovely! The Florentine pattern was produced by Hazel Atlas Glass Company from 1932 to 1935. It was made with scalloped edges or straight edges. Although Hazel Atlas didn't distinguish one from the other, collectors today call the scalloped edge 'Florentine 1' and the straight edge style 'Florentine 2'. Offered here is the 3 3/4 inch ashtray in green in Florentine 2 - straight edge. This is the small size ashtray that's very hard to find.
