| During the late 1930's, the trend in dinnerware was moving away from the pinks and greens of Depression glass and toward the colors of Fiesta, Harlequin and Luray pastels. In order to compete, Hazel Atlas started producing glass with fired on colors to compliment these dinnerware lines. All of the shakers pictured have a "Platonite" finish - ceramic color baked over white glass. It will not come off (unless you use sand paper) and is a permanent part of the glass. I have 5 pairs available - you choose the color and style you'd like. Mix and match or choose both blues, it's up to you. Price is per pair, please specify what you'd like.
