We ship USPS mail with insurance, unless otherwise
arranged. As most of our items are worth a lot or are
breakable, insurance is NOT optional (except for books
under $10.00). We charge the actual USPS rate plus a $2.00
fee to cover packaging expenses. Please feel
free to request a shipping quote before using Cyberattic's
shopping cart.
Please note that the Cyberattic shopping
cart is not like those you are used to at other on-line sites.
It submits the order to us. We then tell you how much
shipping will be for Parcel Post, Express Mail, and
Priority Mail. Once you tell us which method you
choose, we will invoice you through Paypal. Or, if
you are sending a check or money order, we will give
you the mailing address.
We accept check, money orders, or Paypal.
Payment is due within 7 days of placing order
(if mailing payment, must mail payment within 7
days—please notify us when you send the check). We do
not mail out packages until payment has cleared.
Refunds are available if item is not as described. We
must be notified that there is a problem within 3
days of your receiving the item. We will work with
you to figure out the best option. For returns,
buyer pays return shipping and must ship item within
7 days of notifying us that it will be returned.
