This cute bear is wearing a white and pink striped clown shirt and a pale blue satin party hat. It holds a purple balloon that has "Friends Forever" written on it in white. This bear is small like a figurine, but it is stuffed. It stands approximately 6 inches high, including the balloon.
I got this bear new sometime in the 1980's, I think. It is in good condition.
