"ABOUT OUR MERCHANDISE "

"We pride our integrity above "making a sale". Although we do our best to describe every item accurately, we are not Master Experts on everything and cannot warrant that our attributions are always correct. Due to the vintage nature of the merchandise being offered, some pieces naturally have imperfections or minor wear as we so carefully note in our descriptions. We make every effort to provide accurate and detailed descriptions and clear photographs of all the items we offer. It is your responsibility to thoroughly review ALL the photographs and the ENTIRE written description prior to placing an order. We welcome ANY questions PRIOR to purchasing, but please understand that we cannot be responsible for any disappointment that may arise from you not having read the description or viewing the photographs. We would never intentionally misrepresent an item just to "make a sale". "

"ORDER PROCESSING POLICY "

"Please inquire first as to the availability of the item (s) you are interested in. When inquiring please include our stock number(s) and your zip code so we can estimate shipping cost. Also let me know your preferred method of payment.

All orders must have a payment type (PayPal, Personal Check, Money Order or Cashier Check) confirmation to the seller within 24 hours once the Buyer has been given their total cost due (ordered item (s) plus shipping) by the seller. All payments must be received by the seller within 5 business days from date of payment type confirmation. If either of these payment confirmations are not adhered to, then the Buyers order item(s) will be returned to Sellers stock and the Buyers order will be deleted.

VanMeter Antiques and Collectibles Accepts the following payment options:Personal and certified checks, Money Orders,PayPal If you are paying by check, your order will be held for seven (7) business days. If payment is not received within that time, the hold will be removed from the item(s) and they will be returned to stock. All checks must be drawn on United States banks, and we will hold the item(s) for you for an additional 7-10 business days until our bank clears your check. Current applicable fees will be charged for any returned checks. "Money Orders "

"Money orders also must be drawn only on United States Banks or the United States Postal Service.We prefer United States postal money orders which are usually the least costly and also we will accept your personal bank money order. Your order paid by money order will be shipped within 3 business days of receipt. "REFUND POLICY "

"Your business and satisfaction are of utmost importance to us. In the event you feel you must return an item(s), you have the right within three (3) business days of receiving the item(s) to rescind the transaction by notifying us regarding return shipment of the item(s). Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped and postmarked within three(3) business days of your notification that the item(s) is being returned. Refunds will be issued less shipping and insurance. We cannot accept returns sent C.O.D. and the original shipping charges are not refundable. No refunds will be issued for item(s) that have been altered or damaged in any way. "

"SHIPPING "

"We ship priority or parcel post through the United States Postal Service(USPS). We will pay for the Insurance in an attempt to keep the total price down and also to protect both parties. We will ship priority mail unless parcel post is requested. "

"Shipping Damage "

"We take extra precautions to pack your order to prevent damage and breakage. If, despite our efforts, your order does arrive damaged, it is essential that you retain all original boxes and shipping material.You (THE buyer) must take the entire order(the complete contents and all original packing material)to your local U.S. Post Office to file your claim. The U.S. Post Office will assist you with your claim. Do not repack and do not mail the damaged item back to us. This will void the u.s. postal insurance and we will not be able to get you a refund. The original shipping and insurance cost is not refundable. Please contact us for more information. We will promptly assist you in completing your return. "
