This is the third plate of a four plate set. The General Federation of Women's Clubs commissioned Fenton to create this series of four plates depicting Portrait of Liberty. This plate is Antique Powder Blue and measures 8.25 inches in diameter. Front of plate has George Washington kneeling in the woods to pray, 1776-1976 and In God We Trust.
