Wonderful old Ladies Hat, black, fur-covered (either lamb or seal), grosgrain ribbon decoration, and around edge, sturdy netting goes over the hair in back. There are white areas on the underside and a few on the topside where something like paint has been spilled on the hat. With the right product, these could probably be removed (although we do not guarantee that). Label says, "The May Company, Los Angeles," with and "M" and the May Co. logo. Three sparkling Bangle Bracelets, two green and one orange, with gold leaf inside. In the 1950s, women and girls would wear an "armful" of these thin bracelets -- sometimes to several inches wide.
