Amethyst mouthblown Art Glass Vase in a newer version of Paolo Venini's "Inciso" technique. Early pieces were more imprecise and completely by hand, plus the bases were usually polished. The master blower on this piece has elected to also incise the foot and the base, beginning at the center of the clipped pontil -- a striking effect; plus the incised engraving is more precise and pronounced. Mid-Century Metal Ceiling or Wall Sconce Light Fixture with Ruffled Spatter Art Glass Shade. Union Made fixture measuring 5" diameter and 3" tall. Shade extends out 4", and is 5-1/2" diameter at the ruffle. Attractive, freeform Murano art glass Paperweight, of thick, heavy clear glass, suspending a column of vivid, cobalt blue in the center. Beautiful, very fine quality mouthblown Art glass Vase with flared rim, attached ball stem and attached domed foot. The entire piece looks as if it might fluoresce under black light (ours is broken), but we cannot guarantee that.
