"NE Disney" along with the copyright symbol are engraved on the back of the bell, which stands for the New England Collectors Society. A series of these bells were made in the 1970s and 1980s, by Reed & Barton Silver Company, for the Society, under the Disney copyright. This little fella needs some TLC; I understand there are some silver cleaners out there that can take years of tarnish off silver and silverplate. ...click for details
