Two 19th Century, 5-3/8" diameter plates signed "Berlin WAA" on reverse, meaning "Berlin" as the pattern name, and "W.A.A." for William A. Adderly & Company, England. William Alsager Adderley (& Co.), operated the Daisy Bank Pottery in Longton, Stoke-on-Trent, producing china and earthenware from 1876-1905. The mark on these plates date to 1876-1886.
