Europa Clock, 2 Jewels, Made in Germany, original mother-of-pearl dial, enameled hour and minute hands, alarm hand, swivels on brass or gold-plated mounts, and frame and base are marble, likely Italian. 8-3/8" tall, both the clock marble and the base are each nearly 4" diameter. Two minor issues: it cannot be wound because it needs to be cleaned; the rod into the clock marble seems to be slightly bent, or more likely, a gold washer might be missing. Gorgeous silver-toned and Marcasite ladies Quartz Watch. Look closely to see that the figure surrounding the dial is of a graceful swan. 57 tiny marcasites are set in the swan and the bracelet-style band, creating what appears as if it were sparkling diamonds. The dial itself, is set with 12 tiny white stones, which we have no knowledge of what they might be. They could be rhinestones, spinels, or maybe even real diamonds, although we doubt that, and do not in any way suggest that they are. ...click for details
