Handpainted German porcelain plate by Jenrons (?) Studios. "Hiwatha's Wedding Journey," mounted in wooden frame, plate is 8" diameter, wood frame is 11-1/2" diameter. We're not certain if this is partially transfer print, but so as not to mislead, we will say that part probably is transferred. Some minor scattered loss of paint, probably due to improper storage. Wonderful old Royal Doulton, England, blue Transferware plate depicting a monk, a kitchen woman, and a cavalier or musketeer. 10-1/2" diameter. Great condition with overall, age-confirming crazing, and a little darkening on the front, quite a bit of darkening on the reverse. c. 1922-1927. $15.75 US Shipping.
