A bargain, indeed, for these sweet, tiny, antique Pin Trays (pair) in Dresden Porcelain by Carl Thieme, Germany, handpainted floral bouquet in the well, and gilded border around the edges. Gorgeous, exotic bird, possibly a very colorful pheasant, or one of the parrot family. Whatever species, it's strikingly colorful and attractive. It sits on a branch among tropical leaves.
