Likely from Italy, although the only mark we find is "Sterling" on the end of both screw-backs. Such tiny mosaics on earrings only 3/4" diameter. One may be missing one stone at the front of one of the totally white sections (left earring, just right of 12 o'clock in photo), and they both need to be cleaned.
