Gorgeous, exotic bird, possibly a very colorful pheasant, or one of the parrot family. Whatever species, it's strikingly colorful and attractive. It sits on a branch among tropical leaves. There is a signature on the base, but it has all but worn off. It very well could be an Italian Zaccagnini piece, but without the crossed "Z", we cannot guarantee it.
