10-3/4" diameter Wedgwood Porcelain Charger, Plate, with wide rim of turquoise, gold bell garlands strategically placed, and gold roping around the perimeter, plus gold banding on the rim and on the edge of the well. Brown Underglaze mark. We have not had the time to look up either the mark or the pattern. Excellent condition.
