Rhapsody is a wonderful rich blue floral pattern against Rosenthal's white-white ground of the pattern Romance / Romanze, with raised ovals and beading, displayed in a sunburst pattern. Rhapsody can be used by itself, or "mixed and matched" with other of the several Romance patterns, especially the all-white pattern, several pieces of which we also have listed. Marked in underglaze green, "Rosenthal, Germany," and the crown logo. The Luncheon Plates measure 8-3/8" in diameter. Condition is excellent, appearing to have never been used.
