19th Century German Goblet Hand Enameled Ceremonial

Roemer shape in this large, tall crystal art glass goblet from Germany; concentric rings make up the open and hollow stem; gilded edge near base and around rim; hand enameled message on scroll, with an enameled orange round seal, leaves, and grapes. 7-1/4" tall, 3-3/8" foot diameter, 2-3/4" rim diameter. Excellent condition. 1920-1940.
