Old Aluminum Hot Water Bottle with Flannel Bag

Interesting old Aluminum Hot Water Bottle, with its own flannel storage bag. We find no marks besides the center instructions -- see photo. It is nearly 8" diameter, and about 1-3/4" thick. Purchased from a woman who believed it was about 70 years old. We leave age determination to buyer as we find no way to judge this.
