Swans Down Advertising Cake Pan ~ pre 1923. Embossed with the advertising slogan "Swans Down Cake Flour Makes Better Cakes. It is in good condition with no dents or warping. It has two sliding shutters/doors which lift up and enable you to slide a knife in to loosen and release the cake from the pan, what a great feature! Each sliding door reads "Swans Down Cake Pan, Pat. Appld. For, E. Katzinger Co. Chicago Licensed Mfrs".
