Terrific Vintage Baby Chick wearing a purple hat nodder just in time for Easter. He is made from ceramic or unfired porcelain and his legs are springs causing the nodding action. Marked Germany on the bottom of the base. 3-1/4" tall with no chips, dings or cracks.
Easter Rooster Nodder made in Germany probably dates to the 1930's. Body in a composition over paper on a paper base marked Germany. It is possible that the bottom came off and that this could be a candy container. Wonderful condition, 7-1/4" tall.
