Japanese Sandman that I believe to be from a California era series titled Hit Parade. My catalogs show only 4 in the series but I have found 2 others that resemble the style of that series. Japanese Sandman is carrying a bag of sand as he tiptoes in his nightclothes. He has both Name and Josef Originals California stickers. 4-1/4" tall with typical crazing but no chips, dings or cracks.
