Kewpie Graduation doll in bisque

Not sure of the maker on this Bisque Graduation Kewpie figure - could be Lefton or Enesco. The black cap and gown cover his blue wings but he has a rosy tummy and knees and is carrying his diploma. Very cute. 3" tall with no chips, dings or cracks.
