Vintage and Wonderful this appears to be a toothbrush holder. A Celluloid boy stands atop a stand - he has a ring through his arm with the base having an indentation to hold a toothbrush, the front of the base has a place to store toothpaste. He has a factory mark on his back but I can't read it. I would guess he was made in Japan. 5-1/4" tall - no chips, dings or cracks. Toothbrush and paste is not included.
