Vintage Hula Tropical Girl Chalkware Fishbown base

Beautiful topless lady sitting beside an area that held a small fish bowl made from chalkware or plaster. She is vintage and probably dates from the 1940's or earlier. Felt on the bottom - no marks. Some minor paint issues but no chips or cracks. 9" tall.
