Hallmarked La Canada Handmade 94. Decorative pottery vase in the most exquisite shade of Turquoise. The pottery is called "Pinched" design. Mint Condition. Have found "La Canada Pottery" located in Flintridge CA 91011. A very unusual and striking work.
Measures: 7 1/2" tall 8" across.

Bernard Buffet was born in Paris Fr. in 1928. Buffet entered Ecole des Beaux Arts 1944. Died 1999. Buffet's work is treasured, his city scenes of Paris are very distinctive. This scene has beautiful coloring and a very peaceful quality. Have not found the title of this work, it is signed and dated 1956. The print is framed, it has some slight stain on the right side of the matte. The dimensions: 28" w, 19- 1/2" ht. Vintage.

Carved out of bamboo, this vase is unusual and a beautiful example of handiwork. There are many uses and it could be used to display flowers (fabric or dried) only. The inside is wooden and has a small hole that cannot be seen.
The vase stands 8" tall and is 5" at the widest part.
Absolutely exquisite condition, no scratches or chips.
