Homer Laughlin early 1900's chamber pieces. Part of a full chamber set purchased from an estate of a prominent doctor in Oklahoma City who rescued it from the old Skirvin Hotel in downtown OKC. The small pitcher is 8 inches tall and was used to hold toilet water, the vase is 5 inches tall and was used to carry fresh cut flowers, the small bowl 2 1/2 inch x 5 inch round was used to hold soap, and the small 4 inch tall x 5 inch round handled bowl was used for I don't know what. Homer Laughlin early 1900's chamber bowl and pitcher. Part of a full chamber set purchased from an estate of a prominent doctor in Oklahoma City who rescued it from the old Skirvin Hotel in downtown OKC. A huge 24 inches to top of lid and 15 inches round. The piece has crazing which is typical of old pieces. Sadly the pitcher has a sizable repaired spot but turned to the back is barely noticeable. Syracuse Celeste china set. Discontinued in 1970. Cannot be bought except at replacement companies. Beautiful set in never been used condition. Replacement cost for the large platter alone is $139.00. Here is an eight place setting plus serving pieces shown. There will be a few extra pieces with this set like an extra dinner plate ect. Pieces that are usually broken with use. This is a real find at the price.
