Sales Policy

Thank you for your interest in purchasing from Eric's Fabulous Finds. My aim is to allow you to buy from me with confidence so I work hard to give you personalized care and attention.


All prices are in U.S. dollars.

Please note that I allow a two day "hold" on items that receive a customer enquiry, to give buyers time to make a decision.


I accept Bank Drafts, Postal Money Orders and payments via Debit/Credit through PayPal ( Please note that you do not need to have a Paypal account to use Paypal. Payment shall be in Canadian dollars and any bank transaction fees will be the responsibility of the purchasers.


No charge for handling unless the item requires specialized packaging.


Prices do not include shipping and insurance. I do not use the Cyberattic Shopping Cart feature because I charge actual shipping and insurance costs, not an estimate of the cost. Just email me at with the item name and number you wish to purchase, specify your shipping address with your zip code (or postal code if in Canada). I will then calculate the shipping costs and email you back with the total to complete the transaction. Once I send out your item I will send you an email to confirm shipment.

Shipping preferences can be upgraded at customer's request. International shipping is available.

Items sold will be adequately packed for safe travel and insurance will be added at buyer's request. Please note that I cannot be responsible for uninsured items. In case of an insurance claim purchasers must deal directly with the carrier. Please note, it is the responsibility of the buyer to verify that the item being purchased will pass inspection by the customs department of the country in which they live.

Once payment has cleared purchased items will be shipped within three business days.

Should you purchase several items, shipping can be combined in order to save you money.


I guarantee the authenticity of everything you buy from me. Everything you see in my catalogue is guaranteed to be as represented. Should you feel that an item is not as described, please email me upon receipt with your concern and I will respond promptly to resolve any issues. I will always try to help in any way possible to make your shopping experience as easy, enjoyable and satisfying as possible.

Each item offered for sale on my website is described in detail with as much accuracy and information as I can provide. Any additional photos or information that may be available will be emailed upon request (please specify item number when sending an enquiry).
I will gladly email you additional pictures if needed, but please note that colours and textures may vary depending on lighting conditions and digital photos often do not show exactly the same way on all types of computer monitors.


Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item. Returns must be in accordance with my Guarantee Policy and require prior written approval. Once you receive my written authorization by email, you must return the item within 5 business days. A returned item must be packed in the original packing and in the same manner and condition it was sent.
The price of the returned item will then be refunded minus the original shipping costs (and insurance cost if applicable). Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
