Engraved with a Gothic "D" on the front of the handle end. Marked "A. SKINNER" & "PURE COIN" incuse on the middle oif the handle on the reverse. Location of A. Skinner unknown. Circa 1850-70.

5 coin silver teaspoons in the "Leaf" pattern. Probably NYC. Mid 19th Century. Marked "C. G. Barnes" incuse on the reverse. Unknown retailer and location. Engraved "KAB" in cursive script on the front. Bowls - 2 excellent, 2 good, 1 fair due to denting.

6 Sterling Dinner Forks, American, in the Tipped/Tipt pattern. Reverse of the end of the handle is slightly concave. C. 1870-1900. Marked with only "925" "STERLING" "1000" on the reverse. Engraved "M.B.M." on the front of the handle in script. Tines slightly worn. One handle slightly out of exact shape, barely noticeable.

Magnificent coin silver soup ladle in the "Bead" pattern, probably manufactured by John Pohlamus, retailed by Ball Black & co. c. 1851-76. I would date this from 1851-1860, certainly not after 1970. Engraved "C.A.W." in gothic on the reverse of the handle end. Marked "BALL BLACK & CO" incuse on back in middle of handle.

Coin silver gravy ladle in the "Bead" pattern, 6 inches long, probably made by John Pohlemus of NYC and sold by Crosby, Hunnewell & Morse, 1861/2 - 1863, Boston, Massachusetts. Engraved "EM" on the reverse in Gothic. Marked "CROSBY, HUNNEWELL & MORSE" and "PURE COIN" incuse on the reverse of the handle. Excellent condition.

Coin silver dessert fork in the fiddle thread pattern, 6 3/4 inches long. Tines worn. Engrave "FJK" on reverse in copperplate script. Marked "E.A.TYLER.NEW ORLEANS" in rectangle. Tyler was in business in New Orleans, Louisiana from 1838 to 1879. This fork is probably from the 1845 to 1861 period.

Coin silver gravy ladle in the "Olive" pattern, 6 and 3/8 inches long, sold by Farrington & Hunnewell, Boston, ca. 1836-1881. Most likely made around 1860. Marked "[star] F. & H. [star] BOSTON." incuse. Quite possibly made by William Gale in NYC. In excellent condition with only the drop showing any wear. No engraving. A great gravy ladle for holiday or special occasion use.

Coin silver master salt spoon in the "Prince Albert" pattern. Probably by John Pohlamus of NYC. Marked "A.C.BENEDICT 28 BOWERY" in rectangle. Ca. 1850. Engraved "MTH" in script on the front and "S.R.H." in block on the reverse. In excellent condition.

2 heavy coin silver serving spoons about 8 1/2 inches long in a modified Kings pattern with scallop shell concave on front and convex on reverse of handle, shell drop. L. Veron & co, Philadelphia, ca. 1828-1841. One is in very good condition, the other has a bowl with a slight deformity and the handle has been slightly bent. Marked "L.VERON. & Co." in rectangle. Engraved "R" in script on the front of the handle. The engraving is faint on the best one and barely visible on the lesser one.

Coin silver sugar shell in a pattern that might be called "Grape" because of the 2 bunches of grapes and a grape leaf at the end of the handle in the cartouche. Quite likely an unidentified pattern by John Pohlamus of NYC. Engraved on the reverse "LKB" in script. Marked "A. SANBORN" incuse for Amose Sanborn of Lowell, Mass. ca. 1850. Also marked "PATENT.1850". Excellent condition. Slight wear on the drop and some of the design slightly rubbed.
