2 Fire King jade-ite Slim Chocolate Heavy Restaurant Ware C Handle Mugs.
In Gene Florence's book ®Anchor Hocking's Fire-King & More Second Edition they can be found on pages 73 and 74.
Markings - Hallmark:
OVEN Fire-King WARE
Circa:
1940.
Measurements:
3" in diameter at the top.
2 3/4" in diameter at the bottom.
3 7/16" tall.
They weigh approximately 10 oz. each.
Condition:
No chips, cracks, flea bites, stains, or loss of gloss.
There are some very minor usage marks.
Used but not abused!
Near mint.
Please look at the pictures for details.
They are is clean, and shiny.
They have a beautiful jadite luster after all these years.
There are the usual factory ash, and straw mold marks commonly found on this line of Fire-King glassware.
If you do not know what ash and straw marks are, then please do not bid on this auction.
