3 Fire King Turquoise Blue Fire King Soup and Salad Bowls.
The color of the plates are also referred to as delphite
azurite, blue, aqua, and blue milk glass.
In Gene Florence's book ®Anchor Hocking's Fire-King & More Second Edition they are referred to as "Turquoise Blue".
They can be found on pages 118 and 120.
Markings - Hallmark:
OVEN Fire-King WARE MADE IN U.S.A.
Number 24 on 1 bowl.
Circa:
1956 to 1958.
Measurements:
6 5/8" in diameter at the top.
4" in diameter at the bottom.
1 5/8" tall.
They weigh approximately 10 oz. each.
Condition:
No cracks, chips, flea bites,
stains, or discoloration.
Minor loss of gloss on the bottom.
They have some usage marks as well.
Used but not abused.
They are clean, and shiny.
They have a beautiful blue turquoise luster after all these years.
