Item Description:
Fire-King jadeite Sea Shell Candy or Dessert Dish.
Made by Anchor Hocking Glass Co.
The dessert dish had tags that said "Sea Shell for dessert".
Markings - Hallmark :
It can be found in Gene Florence's book ®Anchor Hocking's Fire-King & More Second Edition on page 164.
Circa:
1952.
Measurements:
6 ½" from the handle to the front of the dish.
6 ¾" at the widest point.
2" tall at the handle.
Condition:
No chips, cracks, stains or repairs.
Does have some wear on the inside bottom.
There are the usual factory straw, and ash mold marks commonly found on this line of Fire King glassware.
