Ordering: Timeless Treasures accepts Mastercard and Visa payments through it's PayPal Account. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make a Purchase. If you are interested in a item please E-mail with the item number and your zip code so I can send you a invoice with the actual shipping and insurance cost for your location. All Massachusetts residents must pay 5% sales tax. Timeless Treasures never charges a handling fee. Shipping: Timeless Treasures uses only (USPS) United States Postal Services Priority and Parcel Post. The shipping quote includes insurance that is required. I will ship all packages priority unless you request parcel post. I pack all orders very carefully to prevent damage during transit. If your purchase does arrive damaged or broken you must bring the item along with box and all packing materials to your local post office to file your claim. Do not repack and ship it back as this will void your insurance and you will not receive a refund. International Orders: At this time I do not accept International orders. I will be working on this so I can offer it in the near future. Thank You Return Policy: Your satisfaction with your purchase and your shopping experience with Timeless Treasures is very important to me. I will acccept returns if you are not 100% satisfied for any reason within 3 days of receiving the item. I only ask that you notify me via E-mail to tell me you are sending it back so I can expect its return. The item must be returned in the same original condition with no damage and is shipped with insurance and post marked within 3 business days of your notification of its return. No refund will be issued if item is returned damaged without insurance. I will not accept any returns sent back C.O.D.. All refunds will be issued less the shipping,and insurance plus any required fees from PayPal. |
