This is an Empire Manufacturing Co. Milk Glass Top Hat Candle Holder. There is no box but it had Top Hat Candle in Authentic Milk Glass Empire Mfg. Co. This company started around 1950 and made candles. Size 3 1/2"h and 4 1/2" w. Excellent condition. No chips or cracks.
