This is Freddie Flip Flop Frog 1999 by Mary Meyer, Townsend Vermont. 8 1/2"h sitting. Smoke Free Home. Excellent condition and clean.
Mary Meyer (1904-1999) was a seamstress who used to make pin cushions and later started making stuffed bears and other animals around the time of the depression. With her husband, who was a salesman, they started the Mary Meyer Company in Vermont. It is now run by her family.
