To ensure availability of items, please e-mail using the link provided with the item description. Be certain to include your name and shipping address; we will provide you with a final purchase total after calculating shipping charges to your location. For general questions or additional information, please contact us at info@foxyfine.com. We ship via UPS Ground. Delivery should take between 3-7 business days depending upon distance. We will combine shipping on multiple purchases. For payment, we accept credit cards through PayPal, postal money orders and cashier's checks. Customer pays the actual cost of shipping plus a $3.00 handling fee to cover the cost of packing materials. UPS offers insurance coverage on the first $100.00 value of items shipped, insurance beyond that amount is offered with an additional fee; Foxy Fine Vintage will not be held responsible if customer declines insurance. Wisconsin residents will be charged 5% sales tax. Most vintage items are used and very few are in perfect condition. We are upfront and honest about the condition of our merchandise. We carefully describe items and include any flaws we have discovered. If you feel an item was misrepresented or you are not pleased with the item you have purchased and you must return it, please e-mail us at returns@foxyfine.com within three days of receiving the item before returning it. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within seven business days of their receipt. They must be insured for their full value and the sales receipt must be included. Once received, we will return your purchase price minus the original price of shipping. |
