This 1970 vintage hardcover cookbook is by Graham Kerr and is also titled Graham Kerr's Television Cookbook Volume 4. It features First Courses, Fish and Shellfish, Main Courses, and Dessert. Some recipes included are: Celery Heart Au Gratin, Sole with Chive Sauce, Beer and Rump Pot Roast, and Cappuccino Crepes. There are lots of black & white photos and handwritten notes by Graham Kerr himself. The spine of this book looks like it was chewed on, but the insides still look excellent.
