Try Little Ham Loaves with Cherry Sauce for Washington's birthday or Old Glory Cake on the 4th of July, and there are lots of great color photographs and illustrations, too. The cover of this book shows just a little wear, but the inside pages look excellent, very clean.

This vintage 1958, 160 page, hardcover cookbook with paper jacket features "new salad ideas for every occasion" and "more than 350 recipes to please your family and guests". Try whipping up some salmon stuffed tomatoes, carnival cantaloupe rings, or some lettuce with hot bacon dressing. The paper jacket has some tears, but is still intact and the book does show a few stains and some wear, but overall it's in pretty good condition. Price reflects condition.
