Originally printed in 1959, this 1968 4th edition, 160 page hardcover cookbook features "over 400 meat recipes" and "seafood, poultry and meat salad dishes". Try cooking the beef pot roast in beer, shepherds lamb stew, or the sesame rainbow trout. This book has lots of color and black & white photos and is in excellent condition.
