It includes what forms they may come in, their uses, some spice blends, and some quick tips and notes on each. Also included are many recipes such as Marinated Vegetable Antipasto, Shrimp Stuffed Chili Cheese Puffs, Chicken Curry, Poppy Seed Cheesecake, and more. Also included are pretty illustrations of herb and spice plants. This versatile little book shows very little wear and is in excellent condition.
