Please inquire, before ordering, to check availability of the item(s)
you would like to order. Be sure to include our stock number and
the listed price of the item when checking availability.
Direct ordering, through Pay Pal, is fine but if the item
you have ordered is no longer available, we will notify you ASAP
and void your Pay Pal payment.
We accept Pay Pal and credit cards, through Paypal, as long as
the credit card statement billing address and mailing address, where
purchased items are to be sent, are the same. Under this rule, you
do not need to be a member of Pay Pal to use your credit card.
We will ship all items within 3 business days from verification
of payment by Pay Pal. FragmentsofYY@verizon.net is our Pay Pal
account.
Items will be shipped through the Unites States Postal Service,
(USPS) Parcel post or Priority mail. Multiple small items will be
aggregated when possible.
Shipping and insurance is free on most items within the contiguous
United States. International orders and those not in the US contiguous
States, please Email us for verification of availability and shipping.
We are pleased to announce we are now accepting International orders,
excluding those countries that our carrier cannot guarantee delivery or insure.
INTERBATIONAL ORDERS: Please be sure to contact us for availability
and shipping
costs. You are responsible for all costs involved in shipping.
We sell our items "as is". We examine and describe
our items carefully and take clear pictures for the
buyer to see what condition the item is in. Please be
sure to read and look at the pictures closely before
purchasing. We are human and we can make mistakes
but we would never intentionally try and deceive a
customer.
If you are not satisfied for any reason please
let us know. We will try and work with you. We
must be notified within 3 days of receipt of
the package.
Please let us know if you have shipping damage and
we will send you the insurance receipt. In turn,you
must take it to the post office with the same
packaging it was received. Damaged or lost items
during shipping are the buyers’ responsibility
to process the claim.
