Shamrock Brass Kettle

A beautiful brass kettle with a copper shamrocks design. One of the copper pieces is different and I believe that may be a makers mark of whom I have not been able to identify. I have no way of identifying the date of manufacture so it is a pre 2000. 11-3/4"h x 11-1/2"w
