Occupied Japan Floral Covered Vanity Dish

A beautiful occupied Japan vanity dish, signed in red with a W inside a wreath. The pictures describe it better than I can in words. A small light blue spot on the edge of the cover is a paint scuff, not a chip. On the inside there are some apparent paint droppings stuck on the bottom which can be seen in one of the pictures. Ca. 1945-1952 Very good condition 6” x 3-1/2”
