This really great Paper Mache Barrel Bank was made for 'The James Candy Co' for Salt Walter Taffy, Atlantic City, NJ. The Bank has a tin lid. On the lid is JAMES - ATLANTIC CITY, NJ - CUT TO FIT THE MOUTH. The Bank measures 7 inches high X 5 1/4 inches in diameter. It held 1 pound of Taffy. Stamped on the bottom: US PAT NO. 122396. The Bank is in great condition with no holes or tears. The box is really good. All writing is very good. I would guess this came from the Boardwalk in Atlant...
