This is a really nice Vintage Fine China No. 6701 Two-Handled Vegetable Bowl with lid and platinum trim made in Japan. This covered bowl measures 8 1/2 inches in diameter X 5 1/2 inches high to top of knob with lid on. It is signed on the bottom: Vintage FINE CHINA JAPAN 6701.
