Westmoreland MG Lattice Edge 10" PHEASANT Plate-Otte 71

This really pretty Milk Glass 10 1/2" Lattice Edge Line 1890 Plate was made by Westmoreland Glass. This Plate features the hand painted Pheasant. It is signed F. Otte 1971.
