Hazel Atlas Cobalt WINDMILL 4 Inch ICE PAIL with RIM

This is a really nice Cobalt blue, with Windmill decoration, Ice Pail with Rim made by Hazel Atlas. The Ice Pail measures 4 inches high X 4 1/2 inches in diameter across the top.
