This blue FLICKER plastic disc promoted the 1951 film Submarine Command featuring William Holden and Nancy Olsen. The disc measures 1 1/4" in diameter. In the center is a photo of William Holden looking through binoculars. As you tilt the disc, his hands and binoculars move - similar to the Vari-Vue winky discs.
