This set of 8 mandolin ornaments are so cute! They are in the original box. I think they are from the Netherlands or Denmark, as the words on the price tag look Danish. There were originally 12 in this set, so there are 4 empty spots in the box (see photo). The 8 remaining ornaments consist of 4 red, 3 gold, and 1 blue.
